With Staff Management SMX, you will be helping our client perform the following duties:
- Load bulk meat logs (up to 30 pounds) into meat slicer at required production frequency levels.
- Perform random re-weight checks of sliced meat product.
- Place pre-determined amount of sliced meat products into packaging.
- Reject meat product that does not meet specifications.
- Place completed boxes on pallet ensuring proper pallet configuration.
- Place empty pallet into position for proper stocking.
- Always maintain areas in a clean and sanitary manner.
- Contribute to team effort by performing other duties as assigned and needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

Some job requirements are as follows:
- Able to work in temperatures of 40 degrees or less.
- Able to stand for 8-9 hours per day.
- Able to stand, bend, stoop, squat as needed for responsibilities and other miscellaneous duties.
- Have good hand eye coordination.
- Possible mandatory overtime if necessary, including weekends.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
