per hour o Receive $300 bonus for 5 days of training o 5 days of training with 7 hours of paid training per day including one 30 minute break and two 15 minutes breaks per day (total 40 hours) o Build your own schedule with flexible hours anytime between 8am EST and 10pm EST Monday to Sunday o You'll be assigned an SME (Subject Matter Expert) who will support you during live calls.
Plus Support an (MPS) Marketplace Performance Specialist as your advocate.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS To be successful in this Gig as a Service Provider for TurboTax you will need to be proficient in the following:
o This role doesn't require any specific accounting background.
We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and help TurboTax customers with their questions.
o Strong communication is key in assisting customers with TurboTax products and tax return software.
You'll need to articulate solutions clearly and empathetically.
o The ability to understand and empathize with our customers needs while driving innovation and providing top-notch service.
Starting Pay $18.
00 gross, you must work a minimum of 25 hours per week or minimum of 50 hours per cycle during disaster relief.
There are Marketplace licensing ($2.
00) and Service Fees ($1.
00) per hour that apply.
Training will be held between 10AM to 6PM EST.
Receive the $300.
00 training bonus if the following criteria are met:
Must complete all 5 days of training and graduate; Must work first week after training min 20 hours no missed shifts.
Build your own schedule from available hours of business.
