Our client is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for their high speed, manufacturing facility.
For this role, candidates must be open to 1st or 2nd shift operations.
We're seeking someone with strong leadership experience with the ability to drive lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
This job will have the following
Responsibilities:
Lead a team to drive process and continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
Conduct preventative maintenance activities Lead project management activities as neededFormulate comprehensive strategies for efficiently integrating cutting-edge technology and processes into the company within budget constraints.
Staying updated on the most recent advancements in technology and process development.
Requirements:
5-7 years of supervisory experience High speed packaging experience in a fast-paced production environmentShift flexibility for a 24/7 manufacturing facility Able to respond to urgent or emergency situations outside of normal working hours as neededSkilled in Microsoft Office Preferred Requirements:
Managing in a union facilityManaging in a regulated environmentPlanning and organization Experience in developing highly effective teams and increasing the skill levels of your direct reportsAbility to provide conflict resolution, change management, decision making and delegating tasks Business and administration acumen Contact:
